Oksana Vialykh, AACI
Oksana Vialykh is an accredited commercial real estate appraiser by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (2010). Her expertise covers a wide range of asset classes within both Real Estate and Machinery & Equipment. Her appraisal have assisted clients in financing, litigation, asset valuation and acquisition related matters.

Chris Aivaliotis brings over 20 years of experience in the machinery and manufacturing industry.
Licensed in both Industrial Millwright (Red Seal) and as a Tool & Die Maker, his involvement provides the necessary background and knowledge required for a wide range of machinery and equipment applications. His keen eye and attention to detail ensures accuracy and value for his clients.
Over the years, Chris has worked with Manga International, Multimatic Inc. and in both public and private sector companies.
